How it works
Email or call us with the papers, the servee's address and any deadline. We confirm scope and quote before we roll.
We check the address with the U.S. Postal Service and, when useful, with neighbors before spending an attempt.
Up to five attempts at the quoted fee, at varied times of day. You receive a written status report after each attempt.
Once service is effected we prepare the Proof of Service and email it to you, or file it with the court on your behalf.
Rates & terms
Pricing varies by city and assignment type. Below are the standing terms that apply to most work; call for a firm quote on your matter.
Includes up to five attempts at one address, varied times of day.
Hourly rate for rural and mountain addresses, plus I.R.S. standard mileage.
Documents received by 1:00 p.m. are guaranteed same-day fax filing.
Routine document retrieval within 72 hours; rush available same day.
Photos of the residence or vehicles on the property, emailed to you.
Printing, notary and card processing are quoted separately, never hidden.
Attempts required after 9:00 p.m. or before 7:00 a.m. are subject to a negotiable surcharge. Additional addresses are charged separately.
